1. Services Provided

Pave Grade provides paving, grading, asphalt milling, seal coating, crack filling, patching, and commercial concrete services for municipal, commercial, and residential clients. The scope and pricing of all services are subject to individual written agreements or estimates.

2. Estimates and Proposals

All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on unforeseen site conditions or changes requested by the client. A written change order may be required for any adjustments.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of the job.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges and/or collection fees.
    We reserve the right to pause or cancel work if payments are delayed.

4. Scheduling and Delays

We strive to complete all work on schedule but may be delayed due to weather, supply shortages, or other factors beyond our control. Clients will be notified of any delays as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Use of Website

The content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding agreement. Unauthorized use of any material or trademarks is prohibited.

6. Privacy Policy
